about the assessments we use, taking into consideration factors such as: high degree of established validity, flexibility to meet the needs of the client, potential integration with other assessments, world-wide capabilities including a variety of language translations, normed for use in cultures around the globe, and proven success in use by executives, leaders and independent contributors.
We prefer to utilize assessment instruments that use a semi-ipsitive approach (unique questionnaire design) that helps ensure accurate and unbiased response and provides the most robust data. Such a design is renowned in the industry, and is key to the successful outcomes and data it can produce.
