In working with Paragon we were able to develop an accelerated process for Senior leaders to develop future leaders thereby increasing our bench for succession planning purposes. The hidden gem was that the Senior leaders realized their own untapped potential to not only coach and develop our future leaders but approach their own teams with a renewed passion. In terms of success of this program, 75% of my future leaders have been promoted to the next level of the organization and have taken on new experiences with added responsibility.

I think the Epprentice experience represents a unique event where nonprofits can gain some compelling insights and valuable advice from objective stakeholders that aren't necessarily immersed in their everyday issues.
