The Future Face of Environment & Energy Industry Leadership

PARAGON’s Environment & Energy EPPRENTICE Experience is an innovative 1-day learning forum designed to develop leadership skills of emerging leaders in all sectors of green-related industries while simultaneously contributing to critical environment and energy-related social needs.
In partnership with PARAGON, non-profit organizations identify and sponsor relevant, critical projects that participants work on in cross-functional project teams with emerging leader peers from throughout the environment and energy industries. Simultaneous to their engagement on the project, participants receive just-in-time coaching on leadership behaviors such as strategic problem solving, innovation, collaboration, influence, communication and presentation skills.
The day culminates with teams presenting their project outcomes to a panel of industry judges, who provide immediate feedback and recognize the most innovative, strategic and sustainable solutions.
