Food Industry - World food production must rise at least 50% by 2030 to meet increasing global demand. Further compounding the supply issue is the complex challenge of ensuring the quality and safety of food in a globalized food supply chain.
Navigating these unchartered territories in order to preserve and expand the world’s safe food supply, in step with demand, is the mandate of our current and next generation future food industry leaders. Paragon is passionate about being part of the solution, and committed to supporting and developing the future face of Food/CPG industry leaders.

CPG Industry - Emerging from the economic whirlwind of the past few years, is a new breed of astute shoppers who are seasoned in bargain hunting and coupon clipping and still remain hungry for value. Under the banner of fiscal responsibility, conservative shopping behaviors that initially emerged in response to the economic downturn are expected to prevail beyond the recession. In addition, sustainable packaging initiatives are at the forefront of environmental concern. CPG companies big and small need to shift their business models to fit this change in consumer values.
Paragon sees shifting times as an opportunity for clients to assess their business leadership focuses, identify where changes need to be made, create an effective plan of action, and make a smooth transition into a new era of your business.
