Are You a Leader or a Bully?


Workplace bullying is nothing new, but from my experience as a Gen Z and as I talk with my friends and fellow colleagues, it seems to be on the rise. Is this because of the stress people are feeling in general with what is going on in the world? Maybe. Or is it that younger generations (the Future Face of Leadership®) have a differing set of expectations and tolerance?

Below is a fun yet insightful quiz. Perhaps you can have multiple generations engage in this exercise. I guarantee this will lead to a robust and healthy dialogue, and, who knows, it may have a direct impact on the selection, engagement, and retention of your employees, especially those early in their careers.
