Our Story
The FACE of Paragon Leadership was founded in 2001 during a defining moment on a business trip with Paragon's first corporate client, the day air travel resumed following September 11, 2001. From the start, Paragon was grounded in the belief that leadership is shaped during moments of change and uncertainty.
Since then, Paragon has grown into a global executive coaching and leadership development firm, servicing many organizations worldwide. Collectively, our coaches have impacted the careers and lives of over 20,000 leaders across industries and geographies.
