Role Summary
Experienced executive coach who can provide executive coaching to a variety of clients, as well as develop customized approaches and solutions to align with client needs. Must be client-centric and a strategic and innovator thinker.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver executive coaching services to primarily Director up to C-Level clients, within a variety of industries
- Develop customized executive coaching, leadership assessment and development approaches and solutions to align with client’s needs
- Support in the proposal development for new engagements for both existing and new clients
- Collaborate with Paragon’s sales and marketing team to assist in developing product offerings and client-centric solutions
- Engage with other Paragon coaches to support in the delivery of larger client projects
- Work closely with Paragon’s Client Relationship Managers to deliver impactful services to the client
Qualifications
- Minimally 10 years of coaching experience, either as an internal or external coach
- Executive Coach certification, or equivalent, preferred
- Experienced and certified in a variety of behavioral assessments
- BA/BS degree; Master’s Degree in related field preferred
- Demonstrated passion for making a difference in the lives of others
- Ability to envision possibilities and execute on them while supporting the growth of a business
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, working efficiently and exercising excellent judgment in making decisions in support of the organization and client
Salaried Position (PT or FT)
- Remote position: minor travel may be required for respective client engagement
